Premium Support

Our Premium Website Support is a service to support you when you are using your website admin system to update your website and to help you understand the new opportunities that are available for your business on the internet. Most hosting companies will only provide limited support that usually means making sure the core services are working, but they can't help you to upload a photo or step you through adding a new page using the website updating system on your website. That's where we step in with our premium level of support. If we built your website, we can host it for you and provide full support whether you need to add a new page using the admin system, add a new email account or ask a question about a potential domain name scam email you've received - we are just a phone call away. Support is available during normal business hours, and you can contact us after-hours for urgent issues.

As part of our support system we use a simple email based support ticket system. When you call or email with a request or issue, we create a ticket and you get a copy via email. Then as we process your request or resolve your issue, you'll get email updates automatically so you know where we are at.

Secure Australian Data CentresWe are a local company, and as such like to keep things local so we use a secure data centre in Brisbane, Queensland, as well as another in Canberra, ACT and the Microsoft Azure Australia East data centre which is near Sydney. All of the data centres have Tier 1 links to the internet for fast access along with multiple levels of redundancy, backup power and fire detection and prevention systems. The data centres are staffed 24/7 and servers have a full backup system in place along with regular maintenance and monitoring.
